BOARD OF DIRECTORS

    The IFF Board of Directors shall be the IFF's supreme decision-making body and is composed of influential global financial dignitaries and leaders elected and appointed by the IFF. The Board of Directors shall have a President and several Vice Presidents in accordance with the principle of national and regional balance, while also taking into account the need to maintain continuity in terms of the implementation of the IFF's direction and vision. The Secretary General and Chairmen of IFF committees are former members of the board.
