On-site registration process:
Delegates need to present the valid ID used during registration and the QR code received after completion of registration. After verification by the staff of the Registration Centre, you need to sign to collect the badge. Registration Center② will be provided for media and delegates staying at the hotel only, and check-in will be available upon completion of registration.
Process of registration on behalf of delegates:
In order to ensure that the badges can be issued to the delegates in an accurate and orderly manner, the representative must bring his/her own ID and the ID of the delegate to the Registration Centre to collect the badge on behalf of the delegates. After completing the registration and signing confirmation, the staff will record the ID information and mobile number of the representative. Then the badge can be collected by the representative.
Process of on-site registration:
If delegates have not yet registered in the system, they can purchase tickets and register on-site at the Registration Centre① (or provide the information of the invited organization and the invitation code for registration) and fill in the registration form for participation, and then receive the badge after confirmation by the staff.
Badge:
In accordance with security requirements, badges must be worn throughout the conference and must be used to enter and exit the conference and event venues. If your badge is lost or damaged, please go to the Registration Centre① immediately to have it replaced in accordance with the procedures.

During the conference, buffet lunch will be served in Exhibition Hall2 on the ground floor of the Convention Centre upon presentation the voucher. If you have any special dietary requirements, please inform the Secretariat by e-mail, as the Convention Centre may not be able to accommodate all special dietary requirements.

Take CTG (cross-border shuttle) coach at Terminal 1 of the HK Airport, to Guangzhou Nansha Sheraton Hotel (2hr) at 08:00 and 16:30.

· Take CTG bus at Terminal 1 of the HK Airport, to Shenzhen Bay Port (1hr, bus departs every half hour from 6:00AM to 9:45PM)
· Pass the Shenzhen Bay Port custom (please take all your belongings with you and walk through the custom)
· IFF will provide pickup service at the Shengzhen Exit to the meeting venue.
Conference Services
Simultaneous Interpretation Service
All meetings are provided with simultaneous interpretation services in English and Chinese. Please bring your valid ID card to collect the simultaneous interpretation headset at the entrance of each session before it starts , and return it voluntarily when you leave the meeting.
