WELCOME

The International Finance Forum (IFF) is an independent, non-profit, non-governmental international organization founded in October 2003 by financial leaders from more than 20 countries and regions, including China, the United States, the European Union, emerging countries and leaders of international organizations such as the United Nations, the World Bank, and the International Monetary Fund (IMF).  The IFF is a long-standing, high-level platform for dialog and communication and multilateral cooperation and has been upgraded to F20 (Finance 20) status.

The IFF advocates an international and market-oriented operation mechanism to advance the supportive role of finance in sustainable development through its platforms of strategic dialog, cooperation, communication, practice and innovation, research and training program.

Since its inception, the IFF has well positioned itself to advance international exchanges, academic research, and strategic dialogs in the financial sphere, and has amassed extensive global influence. Supported by more than 200 political and financial leaders around the globe, the IFF has established partnerships with over 50 countries and regions, as well as more than 50 international and regional organizations. IFF events, annual meetings in particular, have invited more than 2,000 guests and 100,000 experts.

Our common goal is to build the Finance 20 through joint efforts. The IFF has demonstrated its commitment to be a force for economic recovery and prosperity. We will continue to serve as a platform for exchanges among financial and economic leaders, and play the role of a strategic think tank for financial diplomacy.
