Dear IFF Chairman, Mr. Kevin Rudd,

Dear IFF Co-Chair, Prime Minister Han Seung-soo and Mr. Trichet, Dear guests,

Dear guests,

I am very honored to deliver a speech at the International Finance Forum, which is at a critical stage in the development of the world. Last year, world leaders adopted the 2030 sustainable development agenda in New York. The agenda is an ambitious plan of action for humanity, peace, prosperity and the planet. In Paris, leaders reached a historic global climate change agreement. In Addis Ababa, we agree to mobilize the resources and technology of all countries to achieve this goal by strengthening international friendly cooperation. However, these historic agreements were born in the context of weak demand and large economic fluctuations. We need economic stimulus policies and structural reforms to achieve sustainable growth. Therefore, the theme of this annual meeting, F20 initiative: reinventing the essence of finance, extremely leading the situation. We must create a sound international financial system that aligns the flow of financial capital with the shared vision of sustainable human development. China's decision to respond to these challenges is especially critical. The G20 Summit in Hangzhou is dedicated to the promotion of sustainable growth in the post-crisis era. I sincerely hope that the conference will be a complete success.

Thank you.
