The 9^th Leadership Dialogue of the International Finance Forum (IFF) was held in Guangzhou on November 17, 2017. As part of the IFF2017 Global Annual Conference, this session was hosted by the International Financial Forum (IFF) member, former World Bank Vice President and Chief Economist Lin Yifu as the keynote speaker.
