Dear President of the International Finance Forum (IFF), former Prime Minister of Australia, Mr. Kevin Rudd,

Co-Chairman of the International Finance Forum (IFF), former Prime Minister of Korea, Mr. Han Seung-soo,

Distinguished guests, ladies and gentlemen,

I am honored to address the International Finance Forum (IFF) Global Annual Meeting.

First of all, I would like to express my sincere condolences to the departure of Mr. Cheng Siwei, the former Chairman of the International Finance Forum (IFF). Mr. Cheng is a founding member of the International Finance Forum (IFF) who is respected and respected and an outstanding economist in China. I believe that under the leadership of President Rudd, the International Finance Forum (IFF) will inherit the spirit of Mr. Cheng.

The convening of this annual meeting is of great significance. Last month, the International Finance Committee set a series of ambitious goals for sustainable development. In July, world leaders adopted the Addis Ababa Action Agenda, which provides a comprehensive financial framework for the upcoming agenda. The implementation of the international financial system for the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals is crucial. Indeed, the international financial system must further promote sustainable financial development and maintain financial stability. It is expected that the International Finance Forum (IFF) will help ensure that the international financial system is in line with development goals and that it is advancing with the complexity and urgency of sustainable development.

I look forward to working with the International Finance Forum (IFF) to contribute to a safe, prosperous and sustainable future. I wish this annual meeting a complete success.
