The International Finance Forum (IFF) is an independent, non-profit, non-governmental international organisation founded in October 2003, and established by financial leaders from more than 20 countries, regions and international organisations including China, the United States, the European Union and the United Nations. IFF is a long-standing, high-level platform for dialogue and communication, as well as a research network in the financial realm, and has been upgraded to F20 (Finance 20) status.

The characters and logo of the International Finance Forum (国际金融论坛)，国金坛(Guojintan), 国金论坛(Guojinluntan), are legal names and trademarks registered and issued by relevant state departments and the Trademark Office of China National Intellectual Property Administration.

Without IFF written consent, any individual, enterprise or institution shall not duplicate, or modify, or use the above names and trademarks brand in violation of the law, otherwise the infringer shall be prosecuted for legal responsibility.
