The program spans 3-5 years, with the initial two years focusing on core course modules and specially curated courses taught by the IFF. The third year marks the commencement of independent research and the writing phase for doctoral dissertations.
Core courses will be jointly taught by PSL University, the IFF, and Tsinghua University. We place a strong emphasis on understanding the challenges and opportunities organizations encounter within complex environments. Our curriculum centers on key global issues such as global governance, population dynamics, and public policy. We delve deeply into both the macro and micro aspects of global sustainable development, analyzing the intricacies of organizational innovation, transformation, and governance in the digital age. We also offer rigorous training in research methodologies, empowering students to construct a comprehensive understanding of global sustainable development and research practices. This fosters an integrated approach where management theory and practice inform each other in a continuous, upward spiral.
