International Finance Forum (IFF) 5^th Global Annual Conference: As a commemoration of the 30^th anniversary of China’s economic reform and opening up, and held at the outbreak of the U.S. financial crisis, this year’s conference attracted extensive attention. More than 200 financial leaders attended the meeting. The academic journal “IFF” was also founded in the same year.
